 I'm having one of those weeks when I just need to relax... and I mean, really relax. One of my best friends went to a Day Spa yesterday - for 3 hours. Now that's what I'm talking about!

Actually, if I am being honest, I'd be happy with a long soak in a hot tub, a good book & then a nap. These would be great...
